There are nine self contained units. The units are one and two bedroomed. All units have their own fully equipped kitchens, living areas and ensuite bathroom.

Kitchens include: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, living area, TV, dining suite, sofa, electric heating and ducted evaporative air-conditioning.

Bedrooms: double bed, donnas, electric blanket (doubles only) spare blanket, pillows and bed spread. Clock radio, bed lights, wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Two units will accommodate up to 6 persons; 4 units up to 4 persons in two bedrooms; units 3 units up to 3 persons. Linen is not supplied at this base rate and incurs an extra charge of $ 5.50 per person per visit .
